I had some concerns and questions about the garage door and Joshua answer me kindly. He didn't push or pressure me on any sales. Just simply told me his opinion and let me make decisions. Overall, great service with great price.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've used Family Christian Doors for all my garage door service needs, including my home, my mom's home, and a friend/co-worker. I have always been satisfied with the service techs and the work that they have done. Just recently, I arranged for a older friend to have her garage doors serviced by Family Christian Doors. Tommy Lee was the technician and I've been fortunate to have him on most all the garage door service calls I've had or helped friends with.  Tommy takes the time to show and explain what the problem is and how it will be fixed, as well as any regular maintenance service that is needed. Joshua, our technician, was extremely prompt, polite and informative and provided a couple solutions for our situation.  No hard sell! He completed the repair in about an hour. Our garage door was overdue for some maintenance, and they sent out Aiden for a tune-up. He arrived right on time, thoroughly inspected the whole system, lubricated all the moving parts, and tightened everything up. Aiden was extremely professional, polite, and took the time to explain how to keep the door running smoothly. It is running quieter and better than ever now! Brandon came when we had a power surge due to lightning. It had ruined our opener. He explained everything and was professional. He supplied us with what we needed for insurance claims as well as installing a new unit. He was courteous and worked timely. He called and asked what time he would be at our home.
