We’ve used Family Christian Doors for years and without exception have always received outstanding service from the front office to the techs. Today Josh replaced our garage door spring and rollers. The spring was 10 years old but had a lifetime warranty so we had to just pay for the labor. He did a great job and was done within one hour. Joshua did an excellent job tuning up my garage door and repairing the wheels. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why. Everything is working smoothly now, and you can tell he takes pride in doing quality work. He was punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. Josh was my technician and highly recommend! One of my torsion springs snapped, and they came out to Allen the same day. Great service from FCD Garage Door Company! Joshua F. arrived on time and was super cool. He explained everything clearly. I found this company thru an add in a home improvement magazine… they had a service special. Making the opponent was easy and that day of service they let me know exactly when the tech (Trevor) would be at my house. Not the typical between the hours of 9-12 and just waiting around which nobody likes. Trevor serviced my garage and took care of a small issue that needed repair. No upsell, no fluff, just great service, honesty and professionalism. Call them and ask for Trevor if possible!
